Nova Site Labour supplies competent, CSCS-carded operatives to construction and industrial sites UK-wide. From single trades to full crews, our people arrive ready to work, with the cards, PPE and tickets to match.
Our labour pool is built from operatives we know — most have worked on our own projects, which means we can vouch for their attitude, attendance and competence. Every operative we send has the CSCS or CPCS card the role calls for, plus PPE and any task-specific tickets.
We supply both short-notice cover and long-term contract crews, and can scale a team from a single banksman up to a full erection or fit-out crew with a working supervisor.
