What Nova Strip-Out covers
Nova Strip-Out clears redundant mechanical plant from plant rooms, basements and rooftops. We isolate services, break down the plant in situ, rig it out of constrained spaces and remove it for recycling or resale.
Strip-outs nearly always happen in live, occupied buildings — hospitals, offices, hotels and schools. We plan the work around the building's operations, protect finishes and lift routes, and use cutting, rigging and skidding to break plant down into removable sections.
Where rooftop plant has to come off, we coordinate craneage, road closures and traffic management. Where plant is buried in a basement, we cut and remove it through service risers and goods lifts.
