Nova Plant Installation sets heavy industrial plant to its final position. Transformers, generators, switchgear, pumps and process equipment, lifted, skidded, levelled and secured to base ready for commissioning.
Setting heavy plant is precision work. Resin anchors have to be drilled to the right depth, baseplates packed to the right level, and final position checked against survey datums — often inside a tight tolerance, with a crane still rigged overhead.
Nova's plant installation teams handle the full sequence — lift in, set on packers, level with toe jacks, grout in, set anchor bolts and torque to specification.
