What Nova Lift & Shift covers
When a crane can't reach it, Nova Lift & Shift can. Our engineers use gantries, hydraulic jacking, air skates and Hilman rollers to move machinery weighing from 1 tonne to several hundred tonnes — inside live factories, basements and tight industrial spaces.
Lift and shift is the discipline of moving heavy loads where conventional cranes are blocked by roofs, walls, mezzanines or live production. We plan the route, prove the floor loadings, and break the move into safe, controlled sequences using gantries, jacking towers and skates.
Our teams routinely work through doorways, down lift shafts and across mezzanine floors, with temporary works designed to spread point loads and protect existing structures.
